UK Delivery
Standard 3-5 day delivery cost is £2.50 within the UK mainland. Orders over £40.00 qualify for free delivery.
Postage to Ireland, The Highlands and Channel Islands
Delivery to the non-mainland UK and The Highlands are handled by Royal Mail or Hermes. Orders will be sent out within 72 hours and we aim for 3-5 delivery. This may change during busy periods. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a week of receiving your despatch email please email us at hello@twobirds.style

Our returns and refunds policy gives you peace of mind.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in a saleable, new condition with its packaging. You are responsible for postage costs for any returned items. Postage costs are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t offer any refunds on earrings.
If you are returning an item of value over £50, we advise you use a signed for service.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Two Birds Style makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive are the items that you ordered.
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition (including packaging) and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at hello@twobirds.style and we will aim to correct any errors made as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@twobirds.style and please provide evidence of the damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.
